“Good location, clean, friendly staff and good facilities”

The staff were friendly, especially Mira who spoke English and helped us find our way around the area and in the hotel. The breakfast could use improvement; there were croissants and bread items, but no egg counter or similar.

“Perfect”

The hotel was great, very nice and exclusive. The international breakfast and restaurant (I tried the Chinese one) were good. They let me store my luggage for the next day and gave me a space to change clothes. I especially appreciated Miss Mira’s kindness and professionalism. I’ll definitely return.

“almost "international" ....”

The hotel was lovely and welcoming, offering many services that made you feel spoiled. The rooms were spacious, though “comfortable” might be an exaggeration. The bed had the charm and softness of a marble slab—an odd design choice or maybe an orthopedic experiment. Internationally, there were no English‑speaking staff. Just when I was about to give up, a miracle happened and an angel appeared to save the day (thanks, Mira!).

The food was great, especially the seafood buffet in the evenings, and the rooms were clean with amazing soundproofing. Having a European staff member to help with foreign guests was a nice touch - mine was a girl from Hungary. That said, the pool area felt a bit confusing to navigate and the changing rooms could use a serious update. The friendly staff saved the day, though.
