Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience here.
I loved everything about this place! The interior is super stylish, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The beach is lovely, and the mountain views are stunning - it was all just so wonderful. I'm really hoping to come back and stay longer next time.

Kudos to the friendly staff I interacted with - they were really kind and made an effort to help. However, I was disappointed by the inflexibility of most of the staff and the constant shortages of food and other essentials. During breakfast and dinner buffets, the shelves were often empty, and more than half of the à la carte options were unavailable, which put a damper on my stay.

Unfortunately, the location was a major letdown, but the real issue was with the room - it just didn't meet my expectations.
