The hotel’s location can’t be beat; it’s right by a bunch of restaurants and just a short walk from the bus station. The only downside was the room’s window—there was no view to the street, just a pane looking into the hallway.

My room was spotless, roomy, comfy and got plenty of fresh air, and the spot’s location in Pereira is ideal. The staff—Sandra, Vanessa, and Paula—were genuinely friendly and helpful, making the stay feel special. The bathroom, while huge and comfortable, shows its age with dark tiles that make it hard to tell if it’s clean.
