“Top verblijf”
The beds were lovely and everything was super clean. All was fine.

The beds were very comfortable and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. The shower had low pressure and cold water.
The place sits close to Ribeira Grande and you can catch a taxi right at the door. It’s a quiet spot, perfect for resting. There’s also a home‑cooked restaurant and a small shop. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, come with a little fridge and a terrace that offers beautiful valley views. Armindo, the owner, always tries to help and make your stay easier. He and the cook serve a fairly complete typical breakfast of the area.

The location is good. The owner was very rude and pushy, constantly on the phone and refusing to answer questions. At checkout the owner tried to handle the exchange his way, taking advantage even though the price listed on Booking was different.
