“I am extremely disappointed with experience including the hotel”
I had a terrible experience with no POS system. They took Rs. 14.5k in cash, didn’t give me change (Rs. 14280 was the bill for 6 nights) nor any receipt. My room was dirty and dusty with cobwebs and stained bedsheets. After getting them to clean it, I had a mosquitoes issue. The next morning there was a big spider crawling around. I got one towel, no hand towel or toilet paper. The sink and toilet were gross. I had to leave after one night and they refused to give me a refund for 5 nights saying my reasons were unnecessary and that they would incur financial loss. I had to stay at another hotel and my stay in Hyderabad was ruined. The owner would not speak to me over the phone. They have two people onsite but they don’t make any decisions and keep calling the owner for his direction.
