The location is great and the staff attitude is top‑tier, offering excellent price‑quality balance… but there's a hint of bitterness in the honey. We arrived for three days, received a welcome tea and coffee sachet on day one, and then nothing else; we left at 3 am and really wanted coffee again.

The spot is spot on, and kudos to receptionists Senik and Narek who were on hand all the time, helping out with the stay, the bar, and private tours. The furniture feels a bit dated and the decor could use a refresh; the bathtubs in the guest bathrooms should be swapped for showers. For a four‑star place, the rooms need updating to deliver better value for money.

The location is superb, the breakfast is filling, and the staff are friendly. No complaints.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful!!! The coffee is instant, the internet doesn’t work!!! The bed isn’t made but is covered, the room feels worn out!!! The furniture is old. Fix the errors I mentioned.

Excellent hotel, we often stay there as a family during transfers in Yerevan, clean, quiet, friendly, and the breakfast tastes good.
