The staff were very friendly and the room was decent. However, the elevator made awful noises and jolted around, likely a safety issue. The hallway smelled very strong, some wall pictures were missing, there was no telephone or hair dryer in the room, and the curtains kept falling down.

I stayed in room 229, which was dirty and a roach emerged from the microwave. The water never got hot, and when I went to the front desk they tried to move me to another room, which was also dirty. Then they offered a queen suite, but the pull‑out bed had crumbs and the curtains were dirty. The elevator made a loud, almost breaking noise every time I rode it—would not recommend at all.

The new rooms were remodeled, but the security and staff left something to be desired.

A few items in my room were broken, but the staff were very helpful and moved me to another room. Everything else was fine. Still, I didn’t feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot.
