I gave it 10.0/10; the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was beautiful with a pool bar and lovely evening lighting, the beach was gorgeous and quiet, the rooms and beds were wonderful, the bathroom was nice, and the breakfast was delicious and very extensive.

I gave it 8.0/10; everything was fine—comfortable rooms, a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a Turkish bath, though the Olaya was missing; the food was a bit pricey for staying until dessert. I would improve the variety of food and the price.
