“Friendly stay, but could use a facelift”
The hospitality was solid and the place is well‑located. The retro lounge with board games and consoles kept us entertained, especially if you’re into that stuff. Still, a few things need updating to match the price and comfort you’re paying for.
“Family‑friendly but uncomfortable bed”
Great spot, and the common lounge has games and books for the whole family. The bed, though, was a pain—sheets keep falling off and the mattress is hard.
“Cozy but parking is tight”
The place is cute and comfy, but the parking is tiny.
“Nice location, but overpriced and run‑down”
The spot’s close to the beach and a bunch of good bars, restaurants, and a pastry shop, but you have to walk a long way from the bus station. Inside, it feels dark and dated—carpet that’s stapled together, a musty smell from the mattress and pillows, and everything looks old and neglected. The building’s interior and exterior are in the same state. I paid more than I’ve paid for better places in Chile, so I won’t come back.
