“Troublesome and poor service, I would not refer to anyone.”
The room size was fine and the location was good, but there was no proper contact or reception; I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to hand me the room, and the contact numbers gave no response. The linen was dirty, there were no toiletries, no generator or power backup, and when I asked for new sheets the caretaker just handed a bedsheet and left. He also handed me a single pillow cover and left, expecting us to change the sheets and pillows ourselves. Water bottles were not in the room; instead there was a dispenser in another common room, so every time we needed water we had to go there. I was shocked to see they couldn't provide basics. When I requested toiletries he handed me a small one‑time shampoo packet. I still haven't received a refund even though we checked out within a few hours.
The bed was comfortable and the location was good, but I would have liked more charging outlets and clothes hangers.
