Turned up and discovered the room had been given to someone else. They didn’t give me any refund, so I was left out of pocket. Not what I expected at all.

The chalet looked just like the photos, well‑maintained and a solid value for the price. The only downside was the shower – getting the water temperature right was a bit of a struggle. Still, overall a good deal.
