The location is ideal, just 5 minutes from the main square. The reception was very friendly, and I even left my backpack for the day after checkout. The place is very quiet with good blankets for the night. Hot water was available from 7 to 10 am and again from 7 to 10 pm. Nothing else—everything was great.

“Terrible staff and terrible care of clients' belongings”

The accommodation was mediocre, but the staff were awful and customer service was poor. I left my backpack in the storage room and when I returned it was irreparably damaged, with parts completely ripped off (pictures attached). When I showed it to the lady, she insisted it was already like that (it wasn’t), and when I pointed to shredded backpack pieces on the floor she offered no explanation. I would have come again, but NOT after seeing how they treated guests' belongings. Not recommended.

The receptionist was rude, the room was freezing, and there was a literal hole in the door that made it even colder. I left after just a minute and asked politely for a refund, but none was offered.

“Buena relación calidad precio”

The location was great, the garden was nice, and everything needed for a comfortable stay was there. The shower schedule was restrictive, there was no way to heat water for tea or mate, and it wasn’t a place to socialize.

The location was good and the garden was pretty. The host had a closed‑off face and was super unfriendly. The shower was bad and the outlet gave shocks. The room was dark and had a bad vibe.
