Cleanliness was fine, but I stayed in a room facing the highway and the noise was annoying; my suggestion is to improve the windows for better acoustics.

The interior design is nice, but the service was poor, the bed was not comfortable at all, the Wi‑Fi was bad, the TV picture quality was terrible, and being next to a busy avenue the rooms had no sound insulation so the external noise got in even with the windows closed; thin walls let me hear a neighbour having sex at night, and when we needed bottled water at reception it was closed for cash‑only, while the other vending machine was broken, so we couldn't buy anything; I slept nothing all night because of the street noise.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable; breakfast was excellent and super delicious; the staff were very polite and helpful, and if you don't want to leave the hotel they offer a snack menu.

The breakfast was good, but the highway noise was loud and they should replace the windows with acoustic ones.
