“It’s was nice but employee need to be more patient with customer and not have a attitude cause they”
My family and I had a decent time at this hotel, especially with the kids enjoying the breakfast and the upgraded pool area. However, the temperature in the pool area was freezing, and I missed the hot tub that used to be there. Additionally, I had a frustrating experience with the sofa bed, which didn't work properly, and I had to call for assistance, but no one was available, so the police had to be called to help me.
“Great local hotel near main popular places offering in house activities and restaurants”
I was impressed with the ambiance, in-house restaurants, and activities offered at this hotel, which made for a pleasant stay.
“Needed the room at the last minute and they didn’t disappoint”
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's accommodating staff, who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.
“It wasn't so bad, but me and lot of my family was there and the staff was rude”
My stay at this hotel was just average - it could have been better. Unfortunately, the staff I interacted with were unprofessional and rude, which really put a damper on my experience.
“Amazing”
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of comfort and relaxation that I've rarely experienced before. The hotel's overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, making my stay truly unforgettable.
