I was grateful when the staff helped me find the hotel over the phone because I had no idea where it was. The breakfast was included and felt very good value; it had a Japanese miso soup and coffee, and I was satisfied with everything. I’d definitely stay again. There were no complaints, it was all great.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included. It would have helped to have an elevator or something to lift luggage from the street to the lobby.
