Everything was clean and organized, but the whirlpool tub only fit a bathtub; the shower didn’t work. The staff who answered the phone in the morning was a bit cold, whereas the Brazilian employee at night was much friendlier.

The location was in the middle of nowhere, and there were odd rules about leaving and returning after check‑in; there were no nearby restaurants or attractions, and the staff was rude because I couldn’t speak Portuguese.

The space was cozy and discreet, the service was very discreet and prompt, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spotless and well‑scented, perfect! The breakfast could have been fresher; the quantity and variety were fine, but the items could have been more fresh. Still, this isn’t a major factor for the overall excellent rating.
