The staff were great—friendly and quick to fix everything I asked for. It’s amazing they offer free airport transport. The terrace offers fantastic views and breakfast is adequate, though a bit repetitive but the coffee or tea is good. The building has many loose edges: sockets hanging out, stains here and there. It could use a bit more maintenance and care.

We spent three days in Dakhla and staying at this hotel turned out to be a major highlight. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the area and hop on excursions, with pick‑ups right from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, full and lovingly prepared. What really sets this place apart is the staff’s warmth and care; from the moment we arrived they made us feel like family. The sea‑view terrace is a true gem, the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the scenery, and sip a delicious tea. We were so comfortable that we treated the terrace as our own home. Special thanks to Omar and Aaron for their impeccable service—always attentive, ensuring nothing was missing, and eager to make our stay even better. Those little touches and genuine hospitality are what make a difference. We leave with a precious memory of those days and the sense of being truly cared for. I’ll definitely come back to Dakhla and stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Un séjour parfait ! Nous avons passé quelques jours fantastiques dans cet hôtel. Tout était vraiment au top du début à la fin. Le personnel est super sympa, très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. Mention spéciale également pour le petit-déjeuner qui était vraiment très bon, frais et complet. Une excellente adresse où l'on se sent bien, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
