I booked a classic king room, only to be told I’d been “upgraded” to a twin queen room, so I got two smaller beds—no idea why that’s an upgrade. Then I learned there were two sets of stairs to our room; there were actually four, which was not great when lugging a large suitcase.

The only things I didn’t like were two big cockroaches in the men’s reception room and a large huntsman spider in my room in the morning.
