The staff are extremely courteous and accommodating, greeting me with smiles every time I pass the reception or run into them down the hall. All amenities are excellent. The room was tidy and cozy. It’s close to restaurants and, of course, my favorite 7eleven, just across the street, where I can grab brewed coffee as early as 2am. Kudos to everyone! Thank you for superb service—it was definitely a splendid stay.

It’s near the place I needed to visit that week. The room was small and dark. I sent my clothes for laundry and lost my new black pants costing 500php; I couldn’t retrieve them until I checked out.

The location is very accessible and convenient for travelers. The staff were accommodating and helped us with our booking. We plan to book again when we visit Manila. It exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the stay; it’s really near Luneta Park, making it memorable. Almost everything is perfect beyond our expectation, except the elevator, which can hold only three people. Other than that, the accommodation and restaurant are nearly flawless.
