The location was excellent, plenty of space, and the owner was very pleasant. The only downside was the car noise coming through the window.

The location was very good. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty – basically impossible to overeat. The equipment was fine. Overall, a very nice and comfortable apartment, provided that the lower room is occupied by people who have no difficulty with mobility (steep stairs). In the lower room, the “air‑refreshing” device (to dampen cellar odor) occasionally (even at night) emits a squeaking pig sound, which might disturb those with sensitive sleep. There was no instruction on how to start the TV and internet, so we basically couldn’t use them because the signal was often missing (we didn’t need it, so it wasn’t a major flaw for us).

The location was very good, clean, and convenient. The rooms were too dark, and the lower room lacked fresh air.

“Zdecydowanie odradzam, nieprzewidywalny i nieobliczalny wynajmujący.”

Właściciel zachował się skandalicznie. Pomimo, że spełniliśmy wszystkie oczekiwania umowne, wynajmujący był arogancki, aż w końcu po tym jak usłyszał, że jesteśmy z Polski, kazał nam wracać i nie udostępnił lokalu, pomimo, że był z góry opłacony ( ! ) i padało ( ! ). Żadne argumenty do niego nie docierały. Dodam, że na miejsce dotarliśmy o 16.00 czasu litewskiego

The location and the owner’s engagement were very high, plus a coffee machine, air‑conditioning, and parking. Everything was close. The only issue was that one room was in the basement, had little natural light even on a bright sunny day, and faced a busy street. There was a specific cellar smell and dampness.
