Location, Parking, night staff did their best to accommodate, and breakfast was good, just too much went wrong. Clock didn't work and new one was overly complicated with no instructions, battery in remote for tv was dead, tv cable was disconnected once they fixed remote, in room house phone did not function so every problem necessitated a walk from the 3rd floor to the front desk. All this happened in the first hour. The next morning the desk clerk didn't show up so I couldn't check out and get a receipt. The only employee was the breakfast cook who said they would email a receipt. That never happened

“Not impressed”

The location was close to several restaurants and casinos. I paid for a pricier room with a jetted tub, but when I checked in the tub was broken and they said it had been like that for weeks and they didn’t know why. There was also a dirty sock and a shoelace on the floor, and the bed was completely wrinkled.

Tv's should be updated to smart this so that customers can connect to their strea.ing apps. Staff was playing hard core rap on the tv during breakfast. Waffles to the theme of Back that thing Up shouldn't be a thing. The room was large with one chair. A sofa would easily fit allowing 2 adults to sit on. And the large king bed had very small pillows on it

“It was decent, probably will not return.”

It was close to nearby casinos, but the hotel felt very outdated and the elevators had no AC. Random people were walking in and out after midnight, there was no security, and it made me feel unsafe—definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this brand.

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms could use a bit more cleaning; I found a spider web above my bed.
