The shower was blocked, the bathroom flooded and I had to mop it myself—no phone to call for help. The price felt high for the quality, and there was basically no service at all.

The location is good, but the facilities are old, the plastic shower is broken and stuck with insulation tape, towels are from Bernardo or Higgins, and the advertised price isn’t honored—you end up paying extra.
