“Un hôtel magnifiquement situé sur une plage presque privé.”
The breakfast was acceptable for the price, and the complimentary coconut water was a nice touch that we appreciated. The staff were very available, although the agents didn’t seem very motivated and didn’t smile. We felt the water was rationed, which is odd since the hotel has a large visible water reserve from our room. Apparently, the hotel management decided to cut the water at certain times of the day, which was very inconvenient for us traveling with children who needed to use the toilet frequently.
“Heerlijk resor”
The resort was gorgeous, very peaceful, and beautifully constructed! The food was tasty, and the staff were fantastic. Nothing to add.
The spot was beautiful and safe, with 24/7 security. Our hut was just 30 seconds from the beach, which was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed being surrounded by palm trees and lizards. The area around our hut was clean, and the lifeguard was great—he explained wave dynamics so my kids could understand how to surf. The beach itself was filthy; no one cleans it, which needs attention. The menu should be trimmed so they can serve all guests without the disappointing “we haven’t got that” news, which happened more than three times during our stay.
I stayed in a room right by the beach, and the sound of the waves was a perfect lullaby. The ocean itself was heavily polluted and the sand felt a bit rough, so I couldn’t swim.
