The place is wonderful, safe, and secure. The staff—Jana, Basant, Umm Abdullah, Noor, and Raafat—were all friendly. I read some comments about the building being old, which is true for many downtown structures, but for me it’s fantastic because it lets you live in a historic atmosphere; I stayed for a third week and send my thanks to Mr. Ahmed even though I never saw him.

The hotel is excellent, the location is very ideal, and the staff are wonderful, especially Jana, Basant, Umm Abdullah, Noor, and Raafat. I felt like part of a family with high security and honesty, and I’ll definitely return. Thanks to everyone.

The room was clean, the service staff respectful and nice, but the reception staff were bad, the owner’s attitude was very poor, the building was terrible, the walls were old, dangerous, and bad.
