The room was a decent size, the location was good, the automatic blinds were quiet, but I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning in the room, which was disappointing—air conditioning was a main criterion for me. After speaking with staff, I learned it was controlled by reception and couldn’t be changed. I asked several times to have it adjusted, but nothing happened, and we stayed too warm throughout our stay even though the outside temperature wasn’t particularly hot. It seemed either it wasn’t working properly or we were just expected to grin and bear it, but either way it outweighed the positives and I wouldn’t return.
