The location can’t be beat – it’s right on the lake, which made every morning feel like a mini‑vacation.
The spot is absolutely gorgeous, sitting right on the water’s edge.
The front‑desk staff weren’t exactly friendly, but that’s a minor issue compared with the overall discomfort.

“guter aufenthalt an einem prächtigen ort”
The breakfast was very good and the location lovely, but the steep access and the sparse dinner were disappointing.
“Perfect for our needs to hike 30km to the top of Mt Rigi and back :-)!”
The location for climbing Mount Rigi and the free car parking were greatly appreciated, and the CHF3 coffee machine was a nice touch.
The place is huge, clean, has parking, a kitchen, two bathrooms, three rooms, and a living area, but there is no Wi‑Fi.

We felt comfortable, directly by the lake with a bath option, but the room was a bit small and probably very warm in summer.
