This was my second stay because the first one was so good that I invited a friend to join me; the staff remained courteous, but unfortunately the yukata left on the bed smelled damp and musty, as if it hadn’t been dried, which made me reluctant to wear it—my friend noticed the same odor. The room was spacious and stylish, the surroundings spotless, and the only drawback was the unpleasant smell of the yukata.

We received a free upgrade for our honeymoon. The room was large, the hotel staff were wonderful, and the private onsen was very comfortable and nice. The bed, while large, was not the most comfortable on the trip; it was a bit hard and the pillows were very thin. Even so, we would stay at the same hotel again.
There is plenty of information in the lobby, the rooms are large, comfy, and the location is great—right at the end of the main drag and close to the train station.
The staff were fantastic; the receptionist was extremely kind and recommended a great restaurant where we ate delicious gyoza. Great!
The location is handy, the rooms are roomy, and the self‑service luggage lockers are convenient. While the site and the accommodation themselves are fine, the water dispenser on the guest‑floor can’t even fill a 500 ml bottle, meaning each of the roughly 25 rooms per floor gets less than 10 ml on average, which is absurdly marketed as “eco‑friendly” yet forces guests to buy bottled water elsewhere for room‑temperature drinking. There is a functional dispenser on the ground floor, but it spits out near‑freezing water; my family member with asthma can’t drink ice‑cold water, so we had to go out again before bedtime, which was very inconvenient. This pretended “environmental” measure feels like a cost‑saving gimmick; they’d be better off simply stating that the hotel doesn’t provide drinking water so guests know to bring their own.
