The structure is welcoming, the rooms are clean, the staff are prepared and kind, the breakfast is excellent, every detail was taken care of, I highly recommend it.

The staff were incredible, but there was no safety box in the room and every hotel room should have a laptop‑size safe. There was no tea kettle in the room even though they brought one when I asked, so I had to bring my own tea. Some people don’t drink coffee, and I didn’t want to wait until the communal tea was ready at 8 am; I liked a proper cup with very hot water, which isn’t available from a coffee maker.

Everything was truly lovely. The breakfasts were outstanding each day. The bedroom was luxurious and well laid out. The pool area was lovely and the personal attention was great. We received amazing food recommendations and they organized a private day tour for us. It was also nice to have tequila and Mezcal tastings available. The staff were beyond lovely. I cannot recommend the place highly enough. They turned our Merida experience into the highlight of our holiday.
