I found the rooms cozy and spotless, but the lack of plates, bowls, and cutlery was a drawback; fortunately I didn't need the microwave that night.

The place was spotless, fully equipped, and easy to locate and park; the key safe worked well, and we were within a short walk of our daughter's university and Beeston town centre.

The location is great and getting to Beeston station is a breeze. The host was very responsive. I did run into an issue on the first day with the room setup, but Gareth quickly moved me to another room that was perfect for me.
