Older reviews may already be outdated – the host is at some crossroads in life and can’t manage the place, even though she’s very friendly. If you want a spot near Piotrkowska, it’s okay, clean, but expect disturbances.

“Porażka!”

We were served blueberry waffles for breakfast, but we had to wake up the owner to make them even though breakfast was already scheduled. Coffee came in chipped mugs. The sheets were stained, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom was a disaster. The door wouldn’t close, plaster was peeling everywhere, and there was a strong smell of damp and mildew. It was very cold at night. I do not recommend this place! The photos on the site are not real. I filed a complaint and the platform gave us a 42 zł credit for a future stay, only for one person.

“Dobra lokalizacja apartamentu, ale mało prywatności, przypomina studencką stancję.”

The breakfast was tasty, but only on the first day. On the second day, despite the agreed time, the meal wasn’t ready even half an hour after the scheduled slot. The problem was that I didn’t have a key for the second lock on the front door. I returned late and a roommate (who shares a corridor with another apartment and the owner’s flat) locked the door, and I didn’t have the key. I had to call the owner at that late hour, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to enter the paid apartment.
