The welcome from Haki was super warm, and he was always ready to answer any questions or help with arrangements. His wife runs a great warung nearby. The bungalow is secluded, with a nearly private waterfall (a bit hard to access). A truly enjoyable stay—I’ll definitely return.

We loved it! The cottage is gorgeous and tucked in the jungle. Everything was spotless and functional. The hot shower was a highlight, especially as the nights get chilly. With only one cottage on the property, you get full privacy. There’s a small kitchen and a fridge for your stuff. On arrival we were offered lunch from a local warung, and it was delicious. I can’t recommend this spot enough. If you’re after peace and nature, this is the place. The owners are super friendly and helpful. We’d love to stay much longer.

The location is gorgeous right in the middle of nature, you can hear the waterfall and it’s only a 4‑minute walk away. Haki, our host, showed us beautiful spots in and around Tetebatu. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and there’s a covered terrace with a table and chairs. In the dark it’s hard to find because the sign is dark.
