The setting is super quiet, the terrace on the room is lovely, the infinity pool is great, and Giuseppe & the team are very friendly. The breakfast lacked variety, the mattresses felt a bit soft, and the drive comes through some very narrow roads.

The spot is fantastic up north of Naples, surrounded by olive trees, and the pool offers a stunning view of the bay. It’s about 10‑15 minutes from the main restaurants, which didn’t bother us.

The property is wonderfully situated. The owners and staff made sure we were comfortable at every turn. They booked us a table at a local place, and the room‑service breakfast matched our preferences. The pool, garden, and entire estate are impeccably maintained and luxurious, all crafted with great taste and beauty. It’s the best hotel on our entire Italy tour. Car access is essential. The host was amazing. The location was wonderfully quiet. The fridge had plenty of drinks, but you should bring your own food and supplies for self‑catering. Take the road from Itri for 5 minutes; the Gaeta road takes about 20 minutes. The mattress on the second pull‑out bed could be better.
