The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful, but the room was far from what the photos promised. The keyless door looked like a temporary fix, the bathroom was tiny and not as shown, the bedside tables were cracked and broken, and the walls clearly needed a fresh coat of paint.

The rooms have modern, functional décor and everything feels brand new.

The location was superb, right in the city center, and they even had a bike garage – everything was perfect. I’d come back. The hotel is very old and the rooms need renovating.

Very well located right in the historic center. I left my charger there and they kept it safe until I returned.
