I was literally enchanted by this place! From the photos I saw at the time of booking I had sensed it was a special, well‑cared‑for spot, but in person it far exceeded every expectation. The moment I stepped in I felt I was in a place where nothing was left to chance: every room was attended to in the finest details, with great taste and elegance. The property is also rich in art, paintings and little touches that give it character and make it truly unique. My double room was simply wonderful: spacious, elegant, spotless and equipped with every comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, a kettle was available, and the bathroom was large and modern, with a beautiful walk‑in shower. Everything was perfectly organized and maintained with a level of care that is now hard to find. The common areas are also splendid and full of small touches designed for guests. I especially appreciated the water dispenser, where you can grab a glass of fresh or room‑temperature water at any time. It may seem like a small detail, but it’s these attentions that make a difference during a stay. Breakfast was another beautiful surprise: rich, varied, with sweet and savory options and truly excellent products, served in a very pleasant and well‑cared‑for setting. One of those moments that start your day off right. It’s rare to find a place that manages to combine beauty, comfort, cleanliness, services and guest attention so well. I left feeling I had discovered a little gem in the heart of Ravenna. Huge compliments for the passion and care evident in every corner. If I ever return to Ravenna, I would have no doubt about where to stay. Absolutely recommended! ❤️

Breakfast and the ability to hold luggage for a few hours after check out. Access was complicated as I couldn’t hear the information being giving to me through the intercom( traffic noise). Also I didn’t have a phone number for information

Everything was almost perfect! The central location, the large and spacious room, the breakfast in the glass garden, and the hospitality of the owners. I was traveling with my 88‑year‑old dad for a short holiday, and he was as happy as a child.

The house and rooms had a lovely decor, and the breakfast in the verandah was delightful, thanks to the staff’s friendliness.
