The room was very tidy, clean, comfortable, with a great hot‑water massage, and the staff were helpful and polite, plus the location was excellent. The only issue was the lack of a towel rug to take from the bathroom to the room.

The location and breakfast were fine, but the night staff blocked the elevator with a chair, so I had to walk down to reception and climb the stairs to get a towel for my daughter; the bathroom in the room was small and the parking was poor, with tight spaces.
