I had a wonderful stay at Nur Hotel & Terrace Cafe. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. What truly made my experience special was the staff: they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I genuinely appreciated how accommodating and professional everyone was throughout my visit. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend Nur Hotel & Terrace Cafe to anyone visiting the area.

“Very bad decision”

Nothing good to mention. The hotel was very cramped, the location was bad, the cleanliness was worst, and the staff had a very bad attitude—especially during check‑out when the employee was unprofessional and uncooperative.

The service is the best; I recommend it to everyone. The rooms match the price, don't expect luxury, but the rooms are huge, clean, and hot water is available.
