Right in the city centre, the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. It was hot and there was no air conditioning.

The place is well situated and easy to reach by bus and train; I was given a room that looked out onto the street. The room felt a bit stuffy unless you open the window, because there's no fan or air conditioning.

Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück sehr gut. Sehr freundliches, hilfbereites Personal. Der Name Residence war in der Umgebung nicht bekannt. Erst die Touristeninfo konnte es herausfinden. Es ist ein Teil der Hey Hotels
