The location is excellent and very convenient, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful—thanks to the team for their hospitality. Unfortunately, the hotel feels quite old and tired and is clearly in need of renovation; the biggest problem for us was cleanliness—housekeeping standards could be significantly improved, and our room did not feel properly cleaned. Our room also had a strong cigarette smell, which made the stay less comfortable. Overall, the property has good potential because of its location and staff, but the rooms and common areas need renovation and much more attention to cleanliness.
