Nothing. We arrived around midnight and everything was closed. We called, and after insisting they finally answered, saying they couldn’t take us in. We had to find another hotel in Ourense at that moment. We complained and Booking said they couldn’t reach the hotel. They charged 144 euros. Shameful!!!!

The room was spacious, but when I arrived at 11 pm the hotel was closed. I called the phone number but no one answered. An elderly man peeked out the front building’s window shouting what he wanted; I told him I had a reservation. He yelled that those weren’t the hours and that he was already sleeping, saying the hotel didn’t follow its 24‑hour claim. He threw the keys at me, didn’t explain which floor the room was on, and added other complaints; in short, a terrible experience. I will never return.
