“We enjoyed our stay!! It was comfortable and nice!!”
The staff’s kindness really stood out.
“I would probably stay somewhere else.”
The location was good, the property was very clean and everything new, and the staff were helpful; the AC worked well. However, the blackout blinds didn’t work at all, so rooms on the parking‑lot side stayed bright all night. The body wash and shampoo containers were either empty or had the wrong product—shampoo was conditioner, so we had to use body wash for hair. Breakfast options were very limited, and the hotel wasn’t cheap.

The décor was very stylish and modern, and there was nothing to complain about – everything was great.

I loved the pool table, something unusual for a hotel, and the lobby and common area felt cozy and welcoming; the overall modern design was great and the bed was very comfortable. The graffiti outside the elevators was a nice touch. The room’s furniture was a bit sparse and I’d have liked a comfy chair for TV, while breakfast could have offered more bagel and schmear varieties. All in all, the place was excellent.

It’s a great property with nice rooms, a good location, and a fantastic breakfast. The reservation didn’t mention a $100 damage deposit per room, and when I left my room briefly the AC reset to 75 °F, which was unpleasant after sweating at an event.
