A nice pool with a cozy seating area, but the service was awful; half the facilities were broken, and my first room leaked, so they moved me to another room where the air‑conditioner didn't work and took two days to fix. There was no water in the rooms, Wi‑Fi only in the lobby and pool area, and the food was terrible—just because we were told everything was included didn't mean we ate there twice and left because of the bad meals. Half the good items were extra‑charge, and everything else was either missing or subpar, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
