The value for money, location, and breakfast were good, but definitely avoid a room facing the entrance; passengers are constantly arriving and leaving from the airport at any hour, and the fitness room is poorly equipped.

The hotel staff charged us twice for airport shuttle service, once we had already paid, and then added an extra 400 baht in the morning, which was very disappointing; the housekeeping only changed the sheets and mopped the floor, and the internet was terrible with no connection at all.

The location is good because it’s near the airport (15 minutes transfer without traffic). The rooms are spacious. The cleaning attention was poor—for example, there were no towels. The bathroom had a water leak (from the shower tray or the base of the toilet). The meal included in the room price at the hotel’s internal restaurant was not exceptional (only Thai food).
