The spot is great—just a 5‑minute walk to San Giovanni metro, with lines to Termini, the center, and the Colosseum. The place is very clean and the room was tidied up daily. The host was friendly and gave clear instructions. The bed felt a bit hard; we’re used to a softer mattress, so that was a personal gripe. Because the doors don’t seal well, it can get noisy if other guests walk down the hallway.

Very well located, just a few blocks from the metro. The neighborhood is quiet with supermarkets, cafés, and shops close by, maintaining a residential calm. A 10‑minute metro ride takes you to the Colosseum. Nothing to add.

The property is lovely! Set in a gated courtyard and only a stone’s throw from San Giovanni metro, it’s the perfect spot to explore the main city without getting lost in the chaos. It feels safe, clean, beautifully presented, and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.
