We were turned away at check‑in, told there were no free rooms even though we had booked and paid six months ahead.

The hotel was spotless and cozy, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The hotel's location, although a bit far from the city center, is compensated by its excellent connection to the metro, with a station conveniently located right next to the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a diverse and delicious spread. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff at the reception were very friendly.
