The spot’s beach is within walking distance, great for extending your stay and for island trips; seafood near the beach isn’t far, though you’ll need a car or bike to get around. Google Maps isn’t precise for the area, and there are dogs nearby that might trigger allergies. The local owner is welcoming, but you may need Thai friends for help. Breakfast is listed as included, yet the owner can charge extra or ask you to pay for the local boiled rice with seafood served.

This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The room was infested with lizards nesting in the roof, and the floors, bedding, and walls were all disgustingly dirty. The toilet was leaking, and the breakfast was just a rehash of the same old food that they wouldn't even feed to a dog. To top it all off, the staff were constantly asking for cigarettes.

Considering the price, the room and bathroom were decent enough. If you're looking for a simple room with a bed, private bathroom, and air conditioning, this place is fine. Just don't expect anything more.
