We stayed at this magical place for several days. It’s only about a 30‑minute drive from Waisai, which is very convenient (the resort can also help you). The service was indescribably good; every wish was met, we had great food (full board), and excursions—including packed lunchboxes—were arranged for us. A special thanks to Yassiel, who did such a great job, was friendly, always had good suggestions, and helped with everything from excursions to equipment to sunburns :D! The snorkeling team was also lovely and calm. The houses are excellently equipped with Western‑style toilets, air conditioning, and hot showers. Everything was very clean, and we were offered room service every day. The resort is very secluded and quiet, right on the beach among palm trees, giving the feeling of staying in paradise, not a typical tourist resort. Beautiful reefs for snorkeling and two jetties into the water are right outside the doorstep. We would love to return anytime!

From the first moment we started planning, Augus, the owner, was super helpful and clear about prices and local tips. When we got on board, Yasil welcomed us like family; she handled our itinerary and questions with great care. Everyone on the crew was friendly and on the ball, but Benny deserves a special shoutout—he’s a skilled captain, a fantastic photographer who captured truly cinematic shots, and he even acted as an emergency “medic” when my wife’s ring got stuck and deformed. Benny really does it all with a genuine, fun spirit. The chef also deserves thanks for the amazing hospitality and for making a custom vegetarian pizza for our special dinner on the pier. The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi in our room could have been better, though the rest of the resort had strong, good connectivity.

The location is beautiful, and the staff were kind and welcoming. We had four consecutive reservations and stayed 12 nights in total at this all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, on day 10, I became very ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning, which lasted about 6 days and affected the remainder of my trip. As all food and drinking water were provided by the resort, this was particularly concerning. I did not report it to staff at the time, so I cannot comment on how it would have been handled. Regarding scuba diving, there was no functioning Nitrox analyzer available, meaning tank mixes could not be properly verified. When I checked a tank myself, I repeatedly obtained inconsistent readings (28%, 32%, and 34% O₂ on the same tank), which is not acceptable from a safety perspective. In addition, most guides did not appear to have strong familiarity with the local dive sites or currents

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alle Mahlzeiten waren gut und abwechslungsreich, und der Ausflug zum Schnorcheln nach Piaynemo, Arborek und anderen Inseln war perfekt organisiert – danke an Beni, Yeski & Didi. In einigen Bungalows müsste man jedoch mal Hand anlegen und sanieren.
