Aikka Hotel ranks among the best in Bagan Butterworth thanks to its prime spot—two mosques flank the property and it’s close to the well‑known Nasi Kandar Bawah Pokok. I was very pleased with my stay: the room was spotless and cozy, every floor’s décor was beautiful and soothing, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. “I didnt stay at all… worst hotel ever I booked in my life…. Scammer!!!!!”

The staff tried to get me to click for a cancellation, but I never got a refund. The place feels like a scam, is dirty, has no parking, and is generally unclean.

“Ok for a short night stay”

It’s a good cheap budget hotel for a one‑night stay: the TV worked well and a staff member was friendly at check‑in. The room was very outdated, with dull walls and a little mold in some spots. It had a damp smell, and because it was right by the reception, I could hear people coming in and out and loud conversations outside our room at night.
