Price and location. Hardest bed and pillows I've ever encountered. Paid for a continental breakfast and then found half the food that should have been included was not available. When asked staff why, they responded by saying earlier guests had taken it all, strange as we were amongst the first to enter the restaurant.Should have asked for a refund!

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The staff polite, and helpful, the facilities very good. It's Mexborough, but on the edge, you do pass by a bit of a run down industrial area, but once past that, you're into newer housing and a bit of greenery

I booked and paid for the executive room. But due to a error we ended up with a standard room and no way of sorting as hotel was full so we paid more but got less
