Location was amazing, rooms were clean and quiet and staff was fantastic. I had asked for a later checkout by one hour and was told it would be an additional 20 pounds, which I found unfortunate, considering the high cost to begin with

The hotel was lovely, with good breakfast, friendly staff, and a great location, but the room sat in the basement below the street and we could hear traffic noise from above.

The room was fantastic and the location perfect—no complaints at all.

Everything was spotless and the staff were wonderful, but we had to cross the street for breakfast, which was a bit of a hassle in May’s chilly weather.
