The staff – Socorro, Michelle, and Claudia – were great, the room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. The hotel is well located on this beautiful island, which you mostly need to explore. Overall, the island is pretty expensive, so hotel, food, etc. prices are about twice as much as mainland Brazil, so the standard isn’t what you expect for prices that are still considered high.

Although the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, there was a sense of confusion regarding the overall experience, as the guest seemed to enjoy everything but also mentioned that they liked everything.

The hotel room was comfortable, but lacked natural ventilation. However, the staff's exceptional service and the excellent breakfast made up for this shortcoming. The hotel's amenities, including the souvenir shop and guided tours, were also noteworthy.
